KIP Educational Services was launched to ensure that special education teachers had access to first-rate professional development trainings that were not only relevant for their needs and that of their students, but also easy to implement immediately. KIP Ed Services prides itself in meeting the needs of special education teachers who are both frustrated and satisfied, novice and near retirement.
Organizations will find the level of high quality service options provided to be the answer to departmental queries. We are essentially a one stop shop for supplying evidenced-based procedures, guidelines, routines and strategies.
Student advocacy has also been among the top priority of KIP. Everything we do is ultimately to safeguard the interests and outcomes of our number one client, the student.
Our Founder
Knowledge is Power Educational Services was founded by educational psychologist, Dr. Chantell Butler. Prior to fully initiating her professional career, Dr. Butler gained essential skills working with preschool-aged children. This early opportunity launched what has now become a revolutionary, comprehensive and vital shift in the field of special education as we know it.

Dr. Butler's credentials are extensive and include teaching students with disabilities and further extending beyond the classroom to also include supporting staff through collaborative means, working directly with students to impact educational achievement, as well as coordinating departmental programs and initiatives as an administrator. Dr. Butler's efforts continue to extend to ensure that the well-being of student psychological processing, mental health, academic achievement, and behavioral functioning are appropriately addressed in the school setting.
